BrandNameGenerator is an AI-powered tool that generates business name suggestions and logo previews based on keywords and preferences you provide. The Service also includes domain availability checks via third-party providers. Generated names and logos are suggestions only and do not constitute legal advice regarding trademark availability or registration.
To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Service offers both free and paid tiers. Free users receive a limited number of daily generations. Paid subscriptions unlock additional features such as higher generation limits and watermark-free logo downloads. Subscription fees are billed through Razorpay and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Names generated by the Service are algorithmic suggestions. We do not claim ownership over names you generate. However, we make no warranty that generated names are free from existing trademarks or registrations. It is your responsibility to conduct proper trademark searches before using any generated name for commercial purposes. The Service's code, design, and branding remain the intellectual property of Web Digital Mantra IT Services Pvt. Ltd.
Logo previews generated on the free plan include a watermark and are for evaluation purposes only. Paid plan users receive watermark-free logos for commercial use. All logos are generated programmatically and are not custom designs. We do not guarantee exclusivity of logo styles or layouts.
You agree not to use the Service to generate names or content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API or generation infrastructure. Automated bulk generation outside of normal usage patterns may result in account suspension.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trademark disputes, domain registration issues, or business decisions based on generated suggestions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your saved data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
